She began her career in the Kansas State Legislature, where she gained a deep understanding of economic policy and strategic communication. She then transitioned into academia before moving into the fast-paced start-up space, where she played a key role in launching industry-disrupting products with a focus on marketing, operations, and business growth.

Currently at Amazon, Bo has led e-commerce marketing and IT operations, specializing in customer experience and strategic partnerships. In addition to her corporate experience, she founded an innovative fitness start-up, successfully automating marketing and operations to drive efficiency and scale. Now pursuing her MBA, she continues to sharpen her expertise in business strategy, financial management, and entrepreneurship.
